IFP Rules change July 1, 2012 Paddles Specifications
Players are reminded to use conforming paddles approved by IFP
rules at the National tournament. Effective July 1, 2012, IFP rules change: Rule 2.E.5. Homemade paddles
will no longer be allowed in sanctioned tournament play. These
changes can be found atusapa.org under Official Rules.
They will be included in the next printing of the rulebook. Rule 2.E.5. Alterations:
(deleted: Homemade or) Modified paddles are acceptable so long as they meet all
specifications.
