Registration and payment must be received by Nov 24, 2013..All players must be members of Pickleball Canada.There is no added membership
fee as it is included in the entry fee of $20.00. Add $5.00 for each event
entered for a maximum of $30.00 if entering two events i.e. Men's/Ladies Doubles
and Mixed Doubles. Players who are already members of PCO deduct $5.00 from your
